CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and your time is just as important as mine. I understand that life happens, but to keep things running smoothly, here’s what to know about cancellations, rescheduling, and running late: • 𝑪𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 & 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 – Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Any changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. Unpaid fees or ignored policies will result in a booking ban. • 𝑵𝒐 𝑪𝒂𝒍𝒍/ 𝑵𝒐 𝑺𝒉𝒐𝒘 – Missed your appointment without notice? A 50% charge still applies. More than one no-show will lead to a booking ban. • 𝑫𝒆𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒔 – All deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule with proper notice, your deposit will move with you. If you cancel entirely, the deposit is forfeited and a new one will be required to book again. • 𝑬𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒔 & 𝑰𝒍𝒍𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 – If something unexpected comes up or you’re not feeling well, please reach out as soon as you can. Reasonable exceptions can absolutely be made. • 𝑻𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 – Running behind? I allow a 10-minute grace period. If you’re later than that, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to keep the day on track. • 𝑾𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 & 𝑹𝒐𝒂𝒅 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 – If weather makes it unsafe to travel, don’t worry—there’s no fee to reschedule. If I decide to close due to road conditions, I’ll be in touch to find a new time for you.
